Delivery

Service Regions

  • We currently ship within the United States (all 50 states).
  • UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes; if you use a PO Box, we’ll ship via USPS.

Carriers & Methods

  • USPS Priority Mail (cost-effective, 2–4 business days)
  • UPS Ground (reliable for heavier/insured parcels, 1–5 business days)
  • Expedited: USPS Priority Mail Express or UPS 2nd Day Air (additional fees apply)

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT process the next business day.

  • Always-Free Insured Shipping on orders $950+ (contiguous U.S.).
  • Orders under $950: real-time rates at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.

Tracking & Insurance

  • Every order includes a tracking number and insurance.
  • To protect high-value items, Signature Confirmation may be required on delivery.

Address Accuracy

  • Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. Address changes are possible before dispatch only.

Order Updates

  • You’ll receive an email/SMS with tracking once your order ships.
  • If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with a carrier claim.

Returns

Return Window

  • You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging, accessories, tags, dust bags, and authenticity/security labels intact.
  • Final Sale items, gift cards, personalized/altered goods, and items marked Non-Returnable are not eligible.
  • Signs of wear, removal of tags, or missing accessories may result in refusal or a partial refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@luxurybyso.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
  3. Ship the item within 5 business days of RMA approval.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Use a tracked and insured method (we recommend USPS Priority or UPS Ground). We’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds & Processing

  • Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Store credits (if chosen) are issued immediately after approval.

Exchanges

  • To exchange, start a return and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster turnaround and guaranteed availability.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if an item is damaged, incorrect, or missing. We’ll make it right.
